Image opens in a new window and you lose the thumbnails and the RMA page

You need to allow 'ActiveX Content. Are you controlling what content your browser will automatically allow/disallow?This is a typical situation in Internet Explorer and on the Microsoft operating systems:

Look to the top of the RMA header images. Is there a message about your options for ActiveX controls? Click that message bar . . .

then select 'Allow blocked content...'

an alert box will popup. Click on 'Yes'.

A similar scenario can occur in other browsers, and on other operating systems.
